Your time is very important to us, that is why we are offering Marcotte Ford’s Pickup and Delivery Service to all our customers. We want to provide you with a convenient option while still maintaining quality and expert service from our technicians.
Call 413-536-1900 and ask to speak to our Service Department to schedule an appointment and request an at home or at work pickup.
On the day of service, the customer will be given the name of the dealership employee who will be arriving for pickup as well as expected time of arrival.
The customer will receive updates via phone, text, or email to keep them informed of the progress of their auto service. Communication will be made once the service is completed, and the employee is on their way back to deliver the vehicle.
Marcotte Ford has been a leader in customer service in the area and we are proud to offer this new service.
*Pickup & Delivery service may be limited based on distance from the dealership (current distance is up to 20 miles). Does not include parts or repair charges.
